Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days (if available)

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping demand periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Dink Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Dink Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.
